By accessing or using QuizNook, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These TOS apply to all users, including individuals, institutions, or organizations.

2. Nature of Platform

QuizNook is a cloud-based digital learning and assessment platform providing practice tests, skill evaluation tools, and learning resources.

  • QuizNook does not conduct, administer, or certify any official examinations.
  • All quizzes, tests, and scores are for practice, learning, and self-assessment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate information while registering.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription, Payments & Advertising

  • QuizNook may offer paid subscription plans.
  • Payments are processed via authorized payment partners (Stripe, eSewa, etc.)
  • All subscriptions are billed in advance and non-transferable.
  • Refunds are only provided according to the Refund Policy published on the platform.
  • Free access to QuizNook is supported by advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads.
  • You agree not to engage in click fraud or use automated means to interact with advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on QuizNook (questions, explanations, videos, software, designs) is owned by Infinite Etc Pvt. Ltd. or properly licensed.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or modify QuizNook content without written permission.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. User Content

If you submit content (e.g., questions, answers, feedback):

  • You grant QuizNook a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content for the platform.
  • Do not submit copyrighted, offensive, or illegal material.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • QuizNook is a digital practice platform only.
  • QuizNook does not guarantee exam success, certifications, or job placements.
  • QuizNook is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Data Privacy & Security

  • QuizNook collects personal data per the Privacy Policy.
  • All user data is encrypted and securely stored.
  • QuizNook will not sell or share personal data without consent.
  • Users under 18 require parental consent.

9. International Users

  • QuizNook provides services globally.
  • Users must comply with local laws in their jurisdiction.
  • QuizNook is not responsible for compliance with foreign education regulations.

10. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

  • Copy, sell, or redistribute QuizNook content without permission
  • Attempt to hack or interfere with QuizNook’s systems
  • Submit illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Claim any government certification through QuizNook

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Termination

  • QuizNook may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of TOS.
  • Termination does not affect paid fees or obligations accrued.

12. Modifications

  • QuizNook may update these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified via email or platform notification.
  • Continued use of QuizNook constitutes acceptance of the updated TOS.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These TOS are governed by the laws of Nepal.
  • Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
